MISSION STATEMENT: Skill Creations, Inc. is committed
to helping individuals and their families affected by mental illness,
developmental disabilities, and substance abuse achieve their full
potential to live, work, and grow in their community Incorporated in 1984, Skill Creations, Inc. opened
its doors for business in August of 1985. The company has continually
grown since then, until today we serve over 600 individuals with
disabilities, and employ over 500 people across North Carolina. We have three service divisions and a corporate office, which is our administration division. Our company started with our ICF/MR division which currently provides 191 individuals with specialized residential care in 15 different locations. Our Community Operations division provides residential and non-residential services to persons in their home community. private, non-profit corporation with 501 (c)(3) status from the IRS. All donations made to us are tax
